MINERVA IP DOO is a company operating in the field of intellectual property, which includes:
Educational service:
– Raising awareness for the protection of intellectual property in: the educational system, individual entrepreneurs, inventors and authors in the field of art and creative industries, small and medium enterprises; by holding lectures (in schools, universities and other educational institutions), organizing public tribunes, workshops, lectures (within various events, festivals), at individual companies and groups, i.e. as part of municipal organizations and/or events organized by side of the Chambers of Commerce of the Republic of North Macedonia.
Provision of services in the field of IS:
– Counselling and consultation in relation to identifying, defining and determining the possibility of registration of Intellectual Property rights with physical and/or legal entities;
– Search services in existing databases at the national, regional and international level for the protection of IP rights and preparing opinions on their registrability;
– Conducting procedures for the protection and maintenance of IP rights before the Macedonian IPPO, i.e. the national and regional Offices (the Office for the Protection of IP of the European Union EUIPO) for the protection of IP through an established network of collaborators, conducting procedures before the European Patent Office, i.e. the World intellectual property protection organization WIPO – WIPO;
– Drafting of patent applications and structuring of patent portfolios;
– Procedures for the enforcement of IP rights before the competent institutions (DPI, Customs Administration);
– Preparation of expert opinions in administrative and judicial proceedings to determine the violation of Intellectual Property rights by conducting surveys of average consumers and preparing expert opinions;
– Advising, negotiating and drawing up Agreements with elements of Intellectual Property, licensing and franchises, support for the commercialization of technologies;
– Solving problems in piracy and counterfeiting from practical application to application of regulations at various levels;
– Advanced dispute resolution through negotiation and mediation.
Networking and commercialization of inventors, authors, educational institutions – Universities and potential users and industries of innovative solutions,
– Through an on-line platform and consulting and creating modules for cooperation, i.e. connection and interaction of its users,
– Support of creative centres and start up accelerators in the development of support programs for innovators and creators – Drawing up an action plan for the protection of an idea, product or service, and developing an effective IP strategy for platform users.
The services are represented by about 40% on the domestic market, 20% in the region (Balkan lands) and 40% in the territory of the EU, i.e. in global frameworks
The management team is represented by experienced representatives for the protection of industrial property with 15+ or 20+ years of experience. work experience, European patent attorneys, graduate engineers with specialization – Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law from CEIPI University of Strasbourg and Justinian I Law Faculty at UKIM, expert external associate, head of Research and Development Institute from the academic sector responsible for establishing effective relationships and networks with a diverse group of stakeholders, investors and potential innovators from different industries, IT consultants, and AI experts responsible for creating and implementing the online platform.
